The Christian life is a marathon. The New Testament abounds with allusions to the ancient games conducted in Greece, Asia and Rome. This year the Summer Olympics were to be held in Tokyo, but were postponed to 2021. Athletes from all over the world will then be competing for the top prize—a gold medal of honor and glory.
